His response time is incredibly fast - every listing I sent him was arranged for a tour by the end of the day, and we were walking through homes within 24-48 hours. No delays, no waiting around. And when he tours homes, he approaches them as if he were the one buying. He takes detailed notes, checks the foundation and structure, asks smart questions, and offers tips and ideas we would have never thought of. Even though we ended up choosing a new construction, Garrett still went above and beyond.
