Very thorough Nicole was very thorough from the moment she set up the day for the pictures to be taken, we did a “Coming Soon” on the house and had 12 showings on the first day, and a buyer was in the mix!! The closing process was prompt and went smoothly!! Nicole has continued to be wonderful in corresponding with the buyers for the sellers in finishing up trash pickup, etc!! We sincerely appreciated having her as our agent!!
