There truly aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am for Tyler and everything he did for me throughout this journey. Buying my first home was so much more than just finding a house.
Starting over and purchasing a home on my own as a single mom was exciting, emotional, overwhelming, and honestly a little terrifying at times but from the very beginning, Tyler understood that this wasn’t just another real estate transaction for me. He was patient through every question, and there were A LOT! Every showing, every concern, every moment of second-guessing myself, and every bump we encountered along the way. He never made me feel like I was asking too much or being difficult. He gave me honest advice when I needed it, reassurance when things became stressful, and always made me feel like finding the right home for my girls and me mattered more than simply making a sale.
Somewhere along the way, Tyler became part realtor, part negotiator, part detective, part therapist, and occasionally a miracle worker. What I appreciated most was knowing I had someone in my corner who genuinely cared. He understood that I wasn’t just buying four walls and a roof.
Tyler helped make that possible.
He celebrated the exciting moments with me, talked me through the stressful ones, answered what probably felt like a million questions, and helped me navigate one of the biggest and most meaningful purchases of my life.
I will forever be grateful that Tyler was the realtor who walked beside me through this chapter. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, patient, honest, responsive, and genuinely invested in the people he works with, I cannot recommend him enough.
Thank you, Tyler, for helping me close the door on one chapter of our lives and handing me the keys to the next.
And, most importantly, thank you for surviving me as a client and becoming a friend!
